Bazza's Bike
OK guys and gals , thought I'd post a couple of pics of my Hyo ( which is also the bike you see at the top of each page )
So this is around 3 weeks after I bought it new in 2007
[img][/img]
This next one is a couple of years later and the bike then had a seat cowl , led's at the rear , Greggs Customs flush mounts and Trojan mirrors with built-in indicators
[img][/img]
This is roughly how it looks now ( got different mirrors now )
Main things are MTC Carbon Oval end can , Skidmarx Double Bubble screen and Renthal MotoX bars
[img][/img]
New mirrors ...... CBR style and shorty Pazzo style levers
[img][/img]
[img][/img]
Changed the rear led's recently but haven't got any pics just yet and the more eagle eyed amongst you may have noticed the heated grips too
Got a few other mods still in the pipeline , so watch this space

Re: Bazza's Bike
What brand heated grips do you have?
Any good?

Re: Bazza's Bike
Grips are Dr.Bike brand £35 from J&S Accessories .............. not bad as heated grips go but if I'm honest , I would rather have some heated gloves as I find the grips just warm my palms , while my fingers still get cold from the wind blast or using the icy levers

Re: Bazza's Bike
Cheers.
I'm sick of the ones with the free-moving wires that get metal fatigue from all the throttle winding and then break. Ideally I wouldn't ride the GTR in the ice anyway, it's not really ideal for it, certainly not as good as my old Virago, which last winter was ploughing through snow 14 inches deep, and slithering around on the ice like a speedway bike.
