Fuck - this ain't good !!

Well , sorry for the absence guys but am stuck in hospital where the Wi-fi is SHITE and I've been using up my internet allowance on other stuff befire you can blink :0(

Basically , old Bazza has had a heart attack fellas , so I'm confined to riding a bed rather than my Hyo .........

I'll keep you all updated but it will be at least the middle of next week before I'm allowed home so ........

Been sent home from hospital today , so just gotta take a couple of weeks off work ........ missus is staying off first week to pamper me lol !! So second week will be when the Hyo comes out

Shit mate, time to slow down (not on the bike), hope you have a speedy recovery

Seen the Doc yesterday ............... feeling good and was hoping they might let me go back to work ( boss at work said I could go back part time if I wanted and would make sure I was on light duties only ...... result or what   ) ................

HOWEVER ......... Doctor had other ideas   

Gave me a sicknote for another 3 weeks ( I have a hospital appointment 1st Oct and Doc wants me to go to that before I go back to work ) , so don't really want to go against medical advice .................

Plenty of opportunity to get out on the bike , I know , but sick pay is SHITE , especially compared to what I've been earning lately ( had been working 12 hour shifts and weekends - probably why I had the heart attack    ) , so have to be a bit careful for a while ( got my daughters' 16th birthday next month too which will cost an arm and a leg    )

On the plus side , I have now got all the bits I need to do the caliper swap , so will be doing this over the next couple of weeks ( got the Ride of Honour to do on the 22nd Sept. so may try and get it done before then   )
