I wondered where everyone went all of a sudden, I guess the clever hacker kids claimed another victim. 30 years ago they would have been throwing stones at green houses and running away, now I guess they trash someones website and dont bother running away. Hey ho.
Nice to see everyone so far , hope the site catches on in the same way as the previous one.Very Happy

Hy hey. I was going to put up a post on old hyo owners when it was up and running to change to using forumtion. I used this web hosting a lot when I was in my gaming days and again at college. I know what to do and stuff.

some stuff could do with changing. Too much carbon fibre (which is strange coming from me). Some stuff could do with tweeking like the online location. Its going behind my image. I cannot remember if you can change that. When I used this last you could change the pannel into sections like bikes, general, random stuff ect instead of one long bar.

another thing. We have a unanswered posts section. When viewed the post it does leave that section. Than needs changing to New posts and leave the section once viewed.

OK mate , Carbon Fibre we can put to vote Wink

Online location going beyond your image ???? I have NO IDEA what you're on about Laughing Laughing Laughing

Changing forum panel into catorgaries , I already did but for some reason it hasn't come up with them and has just displayed all the individual forums .............. I'll have another look at it Wink

I get your meaning now Smile

Don't understand what changing that will accomplish though ......... will it make the avatar bigger ? Will it reduce the width of the forum ?

What will we gain ? I have never done this before so you will have to be a little patient with me pal ............. the help is much appreciated though Cool

Im in no rush for changes pal. Its just stuff that may be need changing. When i had my own forum I could move the location of the online bar. Its just cosmetic stuff really, surves no purpose but looks. I was just wondering if it could still be done.

Not a criticism Baz as you have done a sound job mate but agree with the carbon comment. Something i found today, if you get a friend request there is nothing to flag it up. I only spotted it purely by flicking through my profile....could even be something i have or haven't ticked.

Well I like the carbon ( that's why I picked it ) Wink

Friends requests .............. not sure whether that is activated or not and to be honest , as we didn't have those on the old forum , I would prefer to leave them off and save them for Facebook

Just a cool diea. You know there is a bike at the top of this forum. Wouldnt it be cool if it was a slide show of all the members bikes. I just think it would be a good display of the different types of member becuase we have Rs, nakeds and cruisers.
Just a thought I thought was cool.
